I was driving down the street not long ago when a car came out of nowhere and hit my car. Everything happened so fast, and I honestly don’t even remember most of it. I remember being loaded in an ambulance to be taken to the hospital to be checked out, and I remember them setting my broken arm while there. I was in a lot of pain, and the ER doctor told me I would probably want to consult with a chiropractor in Santa Rosa CA to help me with the pain from my back and neck injuries.
There was nothing the hospital could do other than set my broken arm, so I went home with a bottle of pain pills. I thought I would call the chiropractor only if I was still in pain within a few days, but it didn’t even take me 24 hours before I contacted them for an appointment. I had never been to one before, so I was hoping they would be able to help me with the intense pain that my body was experiencing. I did not want to keep taking pain pills, but I knew I would have to because there was no way I would be able to handle that pain.
The chiropractor was able to see me the following day, and he did a complete examination of his own. He examined me first with his hands, checking out all the bones in my back, shoulders and neck. He then ran some imaging diagnostics so he could see exactly what was going on inside my body. The good news is that nothing was seriously injured. My body was just reacting to the harsh trauma it had been through, and the chiropractor was able to set me up with a treatment plan. He gave me my first adjustment right then and there, and it did help with the pain!
